  I'm very upset. On March 10th, I made a payment of 500 towards my credit card using their ATM. The ATM took my money and did not release the funds back to me. That was part of my income taxes I had just received that morning. I was told to follow the directions on my receipt. I did, i called, reported the ATM. I waited the 10 business days. I called the same number. I was transferred to 6 departments. The first two were customer service, third was debit related, 4th was back to customer service, 5th was credit related, and 6th was back to customer service. The entire call took over 45 mins. In the end they told me the represensative I spoke to back on March 10th never put the request about the ATM. Im leaving that balance at 500.
