    Mike and Wendy certainly know their tax laws and are a whole lotta bang for the buck! After initially doing my own taxes for years, one year I thought I’d try their company . . . but was skeptical that it would be worth my time and money. Wow, was I ever wrong . . . and I wish I had gone to them years earlier. They saved me more than their cost, and it was all legal. Additionally, they are very professional and open to any/all of your questions. You can’t go wrong with them if you are looking for any type of accounting or tax preparation service.

    I'm very upset. On March 10th, I made a payment of 500 towards my credit card using their ATM. The ATM took my money and did not release the funds back to me. That was part of my income taxes I had just received that morning. I was told to follow the directions on my receipt. I did, i called, reported the ATM. I waited the 10 business days. I called the same number. I was transferred to 6 departments. The first two were customer service, third was debit related, 4th was back to customer service, 5th was credit related, and 6th was back to customer service. The entire call took over 45 mins. In the end they told me the represensative I spoke to back on March 10th never put the request about the ATM. Im leaving that balance at 500.
